150g beef strips
1 cup broccoli florets
1 carrot, julienned
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp neutral oil

Instructions
Step 1
Julienne carrots with the Julienne Blade
Step 2
Heat oil and sauté broccoli and carrots for 3–4 minutes
