What You’ll Need

1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 medium carrot
1 cup snap peas
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles, to serve

Instructions

Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
