What You’ll Need
1 lb beef sirloin, thinly sliced
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 medium carrot
1 cup snap peas
3 garlic cloves
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp vegetable oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Cooked rice or noodles, to serve

Instructions
Step 1
Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat
Step 2
Add grated garlic and ginger; sauté 30 seconds until fragrant
Step 3
Add beef strips and stir-fry until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes
Step 4
Add sliced bell peppers, carrots, and snap peas; cook 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp
Step 5
Stir in soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, salt, and pepper; toss to combine
Step 6
Serve over cooked rice or noodles
