What You’ll Need
1 cup cooked brown rice
1 cup flank steak, sliced thin
½ red bell pepper, julienned
½ carrot, julienned
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
1 tsp cornstarch
Green onions to garnish

Julienned veggies cook quickly in a hot skillet. Store up to 4 days in fridge; reheat with a splash of water.
Instructions
Step 1
Julienne carrot and bell pepper using the Julienne Blade
Step 2
Toss beef with cornstarch and soy sauce
Step 3
Sear beef in sesame oil 3–4 minutes until browned
Step 4
Add veggies and garlic, stir-fry for 3–4 minutes
Step 5
Serve hot over brown rice with green onions
