What You’ll Need
1 cup cooked brown rice
200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ red bell pepper, cubed
½ green bell pepper, cubed
½ small red onion, cubed
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh lemon wedges (optional)

Instructions
Step 1
Cube bell peppers and onion using the Small Cube Blade
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet, add cubed veggies, and sauté for 3–4 minutes
