What You’ll Need
2 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
½ cup cucumber, sliced
½ cup mini mozzarella balls
¼ cup fresh basil, chopped
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Step 1
Slice tomatoes and cucumbers with VanChop slicer blade; chop basil with chopper.
Step 2
Combine pasta, tomatoes, cucumber, mozzarella, and basil in a bowl.
Step 3
Whisk olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad and toss.
