What You’ll Need
1 lb ground chicken (cooked)
1 red bell pepper
1 small carrot
½ small red onion
2 green onions
1 garlic clove
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
½ tsp ground ginger
Salt and pepper to taste
Butter or romaine lettuce leaves for wraps
Optional sesame seeds and lime wedges for serving

Trim bell pepper and onion into flat segments before running them through the Fine Dicer Blade. Halve the carrot lengthwise before dicing. Press garlic through the Mini Grater Blade directly into your skillet for maximum flavor.
Storage, Cooking & Longevity
Keep lettuce separate from filling in airtight containers. Refrigerate up to 4 days. Reheat chicken filling in a skillet or microwave. Do not freeze, as lettuce will lose structure and become soggy.
Instructions
Step 1
Heat sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat
Step 2
Add garlic and cook 30 seconds
Step 3
Stir in cooked chicken, soy sauce, hoisin, ginger, salt, and pepper
Step 4
Add the fine-diced bell pepper, carrot, onion, and green onions. Cook 3 to 4 minutes until just tender
Step 5
Spoon mixture into lettuce leaves
Step 6
Top with sesame seeds and a squeeze of lime, if using
For Extra Bite
Use ground turkey or tofu instead of chicken. Add water chestnuts for crunch or sriracha for heat.
