1 can (400g) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon curry powder
1 can (400ml) coconut milk
2 cups fresh spinach
Salt to taste

Step 1
Thinly slice onion and garlic using the SLICER blade.
Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Sauté onion and garlic until soft.
Step 3
Add curry powder and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
Step 4
Stir in chickpeas and coconut milk. Simmer for 10 minutes.
Step 5
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 6
Season with salt and serve with rice or flatbread.
