4 egg whites
½ cup diced bell peppers
½ cup sliced spinach
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Whisk the egg whites with salt and pepper.
Step 2
Using the V-Chopper, dice bell peppers and slice spinach.
Step 3
Pour egg whites into a heated nonstick pan, add vegetables, cook until set.
Step 4
Fold omelette and serve warm.
