Spicy Tuna Rice Bowls

These spicy tuna bowls come together fast and pack a punch of flavor. Perfect for make-ahead lunches with fresh veggies, creamy sauce, and satisfying grains all in one bowl.

What You’ll Need

2 cups cooked white or brown rice
2 cans tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup shredded carrot
1/4 cup sliced green onions
1 tbsp sriracha
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
1/2 tsp sesame oil
1 sheet nori, crumbled (optional)

Blade to Use

Medium dice blade (for cucumber)
Shredding blade (for carrot)
Slicing blade (for green onions)

Instructions

Step 1
Use your vegetable chopper to dice cucumber, shred carrot, and slice green onions.

Step 2
In a bowl, mix drained tuna with mayonnaise, sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, and sesame oil until combined.

Step 3
In meal prep containers, layer cooked rice, spicy tuna mixture, and chopped vegetables.

Step 4
Top with crumbled nori if desired and a drizzle of extra sriracha.

Step 5
Seal and refrigerate for up to 4 days for easy grab-and-go meals.
