What You’ll Need
1 lb ground beef
1 small onion, diced
1 carrot, diced
1 egg
½ cup breadcrumbs
½ cup ketchup
1 head cauliflower, chopped
2 tbsp butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Dice onion and carrot using the Small Cube Blade.
Step 2
In a bowl, combine ground beef, diced veggies, egg, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper.
Step 3
Shape mixture into a loaf, place in a baking pan, and spread ketchup on top.
Step 4
Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 40-45 minutes.
Step 5
Meanwhile, steam cauliflower until soft, then mash with butter, salt, and pepper.
