What You’ll Need

1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 cup diced cucumber
1/2 cup sliced Kalamata olives
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/4 cup diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1

Step 2

Step 3
