Instructions

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add beef strips and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.

Step 2
Add diced onion, sliced garlic, and mushrooms to the pot. Cook until softened.

Step 3
Return beef to pot, add beef broth and paprika. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Step 4
Add egg noodles, cover, and cook until noodles are tender.

Step 5
Remove from heat and stir in sour cream before serving.

For Extra Bite!

Add fresh thyme or parsley.
Serve with steamed green beans.
