Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned. Remove and set aside.
Step 2
Add diced carrot, celery, onion, and sliced garlic to the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
Step 3
Return beef to pot, add canned tomatoes, tomato paste, beef broth, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Step 4
Add spaghetti broken in half, push into the sauce. Cover and simmer 15–20 minutes until pasta is tender.
For Extra Bite!
Top with grated parmesan cheese.
Add red pepper flakes for heat.
Serve with garlic bread.
