Instructions
Step 1
Heat olive oil and sesame oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add diced carrot, bell pepper, and sliced garlic; cook until tender.
Step 2
Push vegetables to the side and scramble eggs in the same pot.
Step 3
Add cooked rice, peas, and soy sauce. Stir everything together and cook for 5 more minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and garnish with sliced green onions.
