1 cup cooked pasta (rotini or penne)
½ carrot, julienned
½ zucchini, julienned
¼ cup canned chickpeas
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tsp chopped parsley

Step 1
