What You’ll Need

1 can (6 oz) wild salmon, drained
½ red bell pepper, diced
2 green onions, diced
¼ cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil for cooking

Instructions

Step 1
