What You’ll Need
12 oz shrimp, peeled and deveined
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup snap peas
½ cup julienned carrots
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Step 1
Slice and julienne veggies using VanChop blades.
Step 2
Heat olive oil, sauté shrimp 2–3 minutes until pink.
Step 3
Add veggies, soy sauce, and ginger. Cook another 3–4 minutes.
Step 4
Remove from heat and pack into containers.
