What You’ll Need
1 cup pre-cooked chicken breast
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
½ red onion
½ courgette (zucchini)
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp chili powder
Salt and black pepper to taste
Blades to Use
Dicing Blade for bell peppers and courgette
Thin Slice Blade for onion
Directions
Step 1
Heat olive oil in a skillet.
Step 2
Dice peppers and courgette. Thinly slice onion.
Step 3
Add veggies to skillet and cook 5 mins.
Step 4
Add chicken and spices, stir and heat through.
