What You’ll Need
2 large eggs
1 cup fresh spinach, roughly chopped
¼ cup crumbled feta cheese
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 large whole wheat wrap
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Heat olive oil in a pan, sauté sliced onion until soft.
Step 2
Add spinach and cook until wilted.
Step 3
Whisk eggs with salt and pepper, pour into pan and scramble with spinach and onion.
Step 4

Step 5
Spoon mixture onto wrap, roll up, and serve immediately.
