What You’ll Need
1 medium spaghetti squash
8 oz lean ground beef
1 cup marinara sauce
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh basil for garnish

Use the spiralizing blade to prep the spaghetti squash and the dicing blade for onion.
Instructions
Step 1
Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut spaghetti squash in half, remove seeds.
Step 2
Drizzle with olive oil and roast cut-side down for 30 minutes or until tender.
Step 3
In a pan, sauté diced onion and minced garlic until fragrant.
Step 4
Add ground beef, cook until browned. Stir in marinara sauce, simmer 10 minutes.
Step 5
Scrape roasted squash with a fork into spaghetti-like strands.
Step 6
Top squash strands with Bolognese sauce and garnish with basil.
