1 large sweet potato
1 small onion
1 red bell pepper
1 can black beans (400g), drained and rinsed
1 can diced tomatoes (400g)
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon chili powder
1 teaspoon cumin
Salt and pepper to taste
