What You’ll Need
1 block firm tofu, cubed and pan-fried
½ cup julienned carrots
½ cup julienned bell peppers
¼ cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions
Step 1
Julienne carrots and bell peppers using the Julienne Blade
Step 2
In a small bowl, whisk soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and vinegar
Step 3
Pan-fry tofu cubes until golden and crisp
Step 4
Add vegetables to the pan, stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, then pour in sauce
Step 5
Serve over rice and top with sliced green onions
