1 block firm tofu, cubed and pan-fried
½ cup julienned carrots
½ cup julienned bell peppers
¼ cup sliced green onions
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice vinegar
Cooked rice, for serving

Instructions

Step 1
