What You'll Need

1 lb ground turkey
1 cup diced onions
1 cup diced bell peppers
1/2 cup grated carrots
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1 egg
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup ketchup
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, onions, bell peppers, grated carrots, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread ketchup evenly on top.
