What You’ll Need
2 carrots, julienned
1 red bell pepper, julienned
1 block firm tofu, cubed
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 garlic clove, minced
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
Step 1
Julienne carrots and bell peppers using the Julienne Blade.
Step 2
Cube tofu into bite-sized pieces.
Step 3
Heat sesame oil in a skillet and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Step 4
Add tofu and cook until golden.
Step 5
Add vegetables and soy sauce; stir-fry for 5-7 minutes.
