What You’ll Need

1 cup cooked quinoa
½ zucchini, sliced
½ red bell pepper, sliced
½ cup julienned carrots
1 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp rice vinegar
Garlic powder, salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

Step 1
Slice and julienne veggies using the appropriate VanChop blades.

Step 2
Heat olive oil in a pan. Add veggies and sauté 3–4 minutes.

Step 3
Stir in cooked quinoa, soy sauce, vinegar, and seasoning.

Step 4
Toss until warmed through and well combined.

Step 5
Divide into containers for easy meals.
