Step 2

Vegetable Sizes

Must be no wider than 3.5 cm (1.4") for safe and smooth operation. Wash, peel, and cut vegetables to fit into the blade opening.

Carrots & Cucumbers
Cut to ≤ 3.5 cm wide. Peel before use; ideal for firm slicing or dicing.

Potatoes & Onions
Trim to ≤ 3.5 cm. Cut in halves or quarters if large for safer dicing.

Garlic & Ginger
No size limit. Use whole on grater blade after peeling.

Tomatoes & Soft Fruits
Max width 3 cm. Handle gently to avoid crushing during slicing.

Step 3

Use the Safety Food Holder

Pull up the plunger, insert the vegetable underneath, and press down to lock the claws. Hold the top handle and move your ingredient over the blade in a downward motion.
